Everlast Peptides is committed to getting your research materials to you quickly, securely, and discreetly. This policy explains how and when we process, ship, and deliver orders. All products are sold strictly for laboratory and research use only and are not for human or animal consumption.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding U.S. holidays. Orders placed before our daily cutoff of 3:00 PM CST on a processing day ship the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST, on Sundays, or on U.S. holidays begin processing on the next business day. During periods of high volume, brief processing delays may occasionally occur.

Shipping Methods & Transit Times

We ship domestically within the United States using trusted carriers. Standard domestic delivery generally arrives within 2 to 4 business days after the order ships, though actual transit time depends on the carrier, your location, and conditions outside our control. Estimated delivery windows are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping Rates

We offer simple, flat-rate shipping on all domestic orders within the United States. A single flat shipping rate of $15.00 is applied at checkout regardless of order size or weight. Orders of $250.00 or more qualify for free shipping automatically — no code required.

Discreet Packaging

Your privacy matters to us. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no description of the contents on the exterior. We take care to package products appropriately to help preserve their integrity during transit.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we will send a confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can follow your shipment. Please allow time for the carrier’s system to update after the label is created. If you have not received tracking information within a reasonable time after your order confirmation, contact us at info@everlastpeptides.com.

Shipping Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to an address error entered by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, please see our Refund & Return Policy for how reshipment and refunds are handled in those situations.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

Once a package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the carrier and subject to their handling and timelines. If your shipment is significantly delayed, appears lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at info@everlastpeptides.com within the windows described in our Refund & Return Policy and we will help investigate and resolve the issue.
